Job Description :
"Minimum of 7+ years overall experience in various Informatica Platform Tools: including 3+ years of Informatica Big Data development experience 
This role will be doing enhancements to existing Informatica Big Data, Power Center, Data Quality processes that move data between files, Oracle databases and within the Cloudera data lake environment within VWGoA. Candidate must have the following capabilities: 
Create or update design and systems documentation for developed or modified services or programs 
Create process and data flow diagrams for data movement capture 
Cross train team members for full knowledge coverage on team 
Analyze and translate business requirements to technical design 
Collaborate/communicate with project team and business users as required 
Support functional testing and performance testing 
Works with technical delivery lead on project activities 
Ensure assigned work is implemented within project schedules 
Automotive OEM environment and concepts experience 
Experienced in waterfall, iterative, and agile methodologies 
Candidate will be working under a Technical Lead for the project who will provide design and development patterns for the candidate to develop to. Must be experienced in working within this type of structure. Candidate is expected to do their own work (independently) but to work within the team and with the Technical Lead for direction. Candidate must be experienced in unit testing their own work and integration testing where applicable (end to end) 
Technical Experience: 
Oracle/SQL experience 
Strong experience working in a Cloudera/Hadoop environment using Informatica (including Hive and Blaze engines)
Strong Experience with Informatica Power Center workflow, mapping and session development 
Strong experience with Informatica Big Data Edition and Informatica Data Quality hands on development 
Skilled in Microsoft Office applications (Visio, Word, Excel, Access) 
Experience in both Unix and Windows platforms 
Must have working knowledge of Perl - scripts are used for job control and process flow"
