Job Description-

Mandatory Skills:

Experience in Cable MSO.

·         Experience in one or more technology like - IMS, SDWAN, DNS/IP Management, CallRouting/Telecom switching.

·         Experience in UNIX/Linux, VoIP

·         Preferable experience in OSS/BSS/Infrastructure STacks in Cable MSOs.

·         Played a role of defect management using JIRA.

·         Create and establish the process for Managing project, initiatives, sprints and efforts leveraging JIRA, agile and Kanban for Infrastructure team.

·         Document and communicate requirements, processes and change requests to ensure the delivery of solutions that meet the needs of the business leveraging JIRA and other Tool

·         Determine ways to optimize and improve JIRA setup and process workflows and identify where functionality can or cannot meet user requests

·         Provide recommendations to end users and leaders on best practices and standardization in implementing and leveraging processes within the Atlassian Suite

·         Understand and solution to provide configuration and administrative support of Atlassian products & plug-ins·

·         Liaison with Enterprise JIRA team in setting up & supporting user access privileges, project roles, workflows, security & plug-ins

·         Perform daily audits to identify and resolve performance blockers for process improvement.

·         Develop metrics, dashboards, and advanced filters in JIRA/Sharepoint to provide end-users and business leadership with meaningful operational/performance metrics and status reports
