Our client implemented Kronos Workforce Ready in 2015 with the goal of automating as much of HR as possible. They have the full suite (recruiting, onboarding, performance management, compensation planning, time and attendance, scheduling, absence management, payroll etc but are only using payroll and time and attendance.
In this week, they''d like an experienced Workforce Ready consultant to review the current set up; ensuring that payroll workflow processes are working effectively.
Further work would concentrate on the planning/timelines to make the rest of the functionality work, such as applicant tracking, onboarding, and integration/interfacing with 3rd party applications.
