Projects To Be Worked:
This role will be expected to gather and document requirements for data and reporting requests within the Infrastructure and WorkForce Management COE.

Analyst will be responsible for communicating with primary stakeholders and leadership in both WorkForce Management / Infra and within Enterprise Reporting & Analysis

Top Daily Responsibilities
Gather and Document Requirements for Reporting or Data Requests Communication to clients and Key Stakeholders Researching issues or solutions using SQL and/or Tableau Develop or enhance reports or data sets using SQL, Tableau or SSRS Create test plans and facilitate UAT testing

Must Have Skills/Attributes
? Excellent Written and Verbal Communication (minimum 3 years experience) Knowledge of WorkForce Management and Contact Center data and metrics (minimum 2 to 3 years experience) Good SQL and Tableau skills (minimum 1 to 3 years experience) Experience gathering and documenting requirements (minimum 2 to 3 years)

Must be local to the Eden Prairie Optum office, so they can come into the office. This is an in office role.

Why Can''t This Position Be Absorbed
The team is currently fully utilized and we have an ongoing queue of ~80 requests. We are also working on an initiative to reduce the number of requests in the queue to 30, and without this role, we are moving in the opposite direction.

Volume Of Work/Demand This Role Is Expected To Respond To
Analyst will be supporting 120 to 130 hours per month of reporting and data requests, including gathering requirements, documenting requirements, developing reports and facilitating testing. This role may also be asked to assist with providing recommendations on solutions or work on special projects to streamline or improve processes.
