Technical/Functional Skills
· Strong functional skill in PeopleSoft Ben Admin, Base Benefits and NA Payroll
· Functional exposure in Core HR and Time and Labor
· Strong capability in creating requirements specifications and functional designs through discussion with business
· Functional testing capability for deliverable received from offshore and finalizing them for delivery to business
· Understanding a ticket description and clarifying it to the technical delivery team
Experience Required
· Experienced in managing multiple stakeholders including vendors and client
· Liaising between offshore and business in terms of delivery and communication
· Experience in playing the onsite lead role in an onsite / offshore model for PS HCM engagements
