Technical/Functional Skills
a. Implementation and Support experience as a Techno-Functional Consultant for Oracle ERP Cloud HCM Cloud offering (Core HR, Performance Management, Benefits, , Compensation, Taleo)
b. Working experience in Integration and Data migration, HCM Extract, HDL/PBL, Fast Formula, BI, OTBI
c. Hands-on knowledge on security roles in Fusion.
d. Implementation and Support experience as a Techno-Functional Consultant for 2 to 3 Oracle ERP HCM Implementations Peoplesoft HCM or Oracle HCM preferably
e. Strong knowledge of the Business process areas encompassing Cloud HCM
f. Should have experience in working with Business users and Customer SMEs to understand requirements
