Oracle Process Manufacturing Consultant

Job Description:

The candidate will have to lead requirement, design and configuration for Oracle Application Roll out for Process Manufacturing track. Need to be able to understand the as is business process, already existing design system, configure system, write technical specification for any custom components for gaps, handle user acceptance testing and deployment. Must be able to communicate well with internal and external stakeholders.



Relevant Years of Experience: 5-15 years


Must Have Technical Qualifications:

Must have clear understanding of end to end life-cycle of Process manufacturing process

Good understanding of other related modules like inventory, costing, planning

Ability to interprets and transforms information based on business requirements and provides the data for delivery team.

Ability to identify opportunities for simplification, application rationalization, and continuous improvement.

Hands-on with Oracle R12 - Setups, Configurations, Conversions

'' At least 5 years of Oracle Process Manufacturing experience

Experience on atleast 1 implementation and 2 support projects

Expertise in configurations, setups, data loads, reporting and working with global teams for Technical resolutions

Experience in working with business end users and gathering requirement and building documents on Functional design and specifications.

Experience on other oracle modules like inv, po, costing, bom, wip

Proven ability to meet deadlines and successfully complete of deliverable

Ability to analyze problems and provide clear recommendations

Strong ability to work in an open and collaborative team environment

Customer service-focused with strong desire to excel

Excellent communication skills, written and verbal. English and French fluency a good asset

Good interpersonal skills

Must be able to work independently as well as a team player and can manage own workload

Self-motivated, hardworking, flexible

Must be able to work independently with little to no supervision

Analytical, thorough, resourceful and concerned about details while not getting caught in details


Must Have Business Qualifications:

Good communication, leadership skills
