Position: SFDC Developer

Contract position to start ASAP and will go thru 12/31 with extensions.  - 100% REMOTE - SFDC Certs are a HUGE plus but not required

Job Description:

  • Manager is looking for a mid-sr level SFDC developer who ALSO has experience with Einstein, Tableau/TCRM
  • They don't need to have experience leading a team of developers but they DO need to have experience working independently, interacting with Business and explaining why things were done a certain way, as well as doing development work themselves. This is a very hands on role 

Required Skills

  • Passion for data, reporting, and Visualization
  • Experience with Salesforce Einstein Analytics is must
  • Passion to learn new tools and technologies such as Salesforce Einstein Analytics
  • Expert Excel skills
  • Strong research and problem solving abilities are required
  • Team player, comfortable working with cross-functional stakeholders and with the business to help gather requirements 
  • Strong written and verbal ability to communicate ideas through data

Desired Skills

  • 1-3 years of experience in Analytics, Consulting
  • Experience with statistical tools like R, Mattlab, SPSS, SAS etc
  • Working knowledge with data modeling and analysis
  • Knowledge or know-how of AWS platform
  • Salesforce Developer and Admin certification is a plus
