Required Skills -
? Bachelor's or Master's degree
? Security certifications e.g. CISA, CISSP, CISM or other relevant certifications
? Outstanding written and spoken communication skills
? Ability to effectively and autonomously accomplish outcomes across cross-functional
teams in ambiguous situations with minimal supervision
? 4+ years of Service Now experience
? Ability to thrive in environments of uncertainty
Preferred
? ServiceNow Developer certification
? ServiceNow Administrator certification
? Process management experience, including process redesign and optimizations.

What You’ll Do:
? Manage TIME solution and collaborate with stakeholders to implement their program
improvements
? Gather specifications from the business departments and deliver a product/release that
meets the needs presented. Interprets business and functional requirements and
develops technical specifications documentation
? Analyze and fully understand user stories and internal procedures in order to improve
system capabilities, automate process workflows and address scheduling limitations
throughout the development and delivery of technological solutions, to include the TIME
solution
? Work with developers to implement workflows from customer requirements including
workflows, UI actions, client scripts, business rules, etc.
? Load, manipulate and maintain data between eGRC platform and other systems as
needed
? Design and develop dashboards, home pages, performance analytics data collectors
and reports as needed to support the requirements of the programs.
? Analyze and fully understand user stories and internal procedures in order to improve
system capabilities, automate process workflows and address scheduling limitations
throughout the development and delivery of the ServiceNow releases
? Perform system and integration testing with sample and live data
? Develop and use data to help support continuous improvement, performance, and risk
metrics
