Under the direction of the Sr. Manager of IS Quality Assurance, the ServiceNow Analyst helps ensure the timely, reliable, and cost-effective implementation of new functionality within the ServiceNow IT Services Management tool by defining, implementing, and maintaining key IT Services within the ServiceNow platform in compliance with Quality standards. Specifically, the analyst works with IT and the business to gather requirements and plan workflows related to requesting new products and services through the service catalog. They are also responsible for supporting process improvements to these services to maximize value and align with Operations Excellence and ITIL best practices.

Top 5 Requirements:
Experience with the ServiceNow platform as a business analyst or regular user
At least two years’ experience as a business analyst working with customers to gather and document requirements
At least two years’ experience in Information Systems development, preferably in a healthcare insurance environment
Must understand complex technological subjects and be able to communicate these effectively with others
Strong knowledge of ITIL, CMMI, PMBoK and Operations Excellence standards and procedures
