Job Description :
Location: Baltimore, MD
Length: 1 Year Plus

Minimum Qualifications:

Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources or related field.
General Experience:
At least ten (10) years of experience with HCM and three (3) full-cycle implementations experience is required.
Specialized Experience:
Must have ten (10) years of experience in HCM modules, including HR and Benefits Administration modules.
Must have five (5) years of experience in HCM Business Process Re-engineering.
Must have Strong Testing knowledge.

Preferred Qualifications:
Minimum 1-3 year experience with Workday HCM/Benefits
Prior experience in a lead role on Benefits Administration or Timekeeping
Experience of using MS Project
Experience executing and documenting business process specifications
