Job Description :
7+ years of progressive responsibilities within Business and/or IT functions, with a strong track record of on-time work delivery and project or team leadership.
Previous healthcare industry experience is preferred.
5+ years of experience working with Data transformation, structured or master data initiatives, with a focus on operational data preferred
Experience working with Agile development methodologies and geographically dispersed working teams.
Prior business analyst experience working with data migration efforts, content or data platforms
Ability to understand and articulate technical architecture
Direct experience with healthcare file types (HL7, 837, CSV, XLS, XML, etc…), Informatica and/or ETL are not required but beneficial
High level of proficiency and experience with MS Office software including Excel, Visio, PowerPoint and Word
Experience with CA Rally software (or equivalent such as JIRA), SQL, Data Quality Analytics
Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with executive level stakeholders
Proven ability to turn business needs into business requirement solutions
Knowledge of Data Governance policies, processes, and organization
Experience writing business rules, matrices, and acceptance criteria
