Roles and responsibilities:

Gathering business and functional requirements. Interacting with Business and Product
Owners in the process of gathering requirements.
Developing requirements documents: Goal Model, functional modelling, business process,
customer interactions/wire frames; writing high level user requirements (Epics and User
Stories
Responsible for Analysis of applications both pre and post production
Participate in process studies or pre-sales process of responding to RFI, RFPs and proposals
Lead business and technical analysis sessions to support new development efforts to meet
current and projected business needs
Quickly understands the business issues and data challenges of client’s organization and
industry
Provide expertise on the systems capabilities/limitations as it relates to business goals.
Should be able to play Product owner role.
Prepare impact and opportunity assessments regarding the cost/benefit of proposed projects
Align stakeholders on business requirements, system requirements, program functions and
strategy.
Prepare use cases and formal requirements documentation
Drive the implementation of technology and process solutions from concept to completion
Provide analysis and support for the project management, application development, and QA
teams throughout the development lifecycle
Act as liaison between the Technology department and other business units.
Assists in enforcement of project deadlines and schedules
Analyse the customer database and assign to concern sales persons.
Good understanding of clients’ accounts, client database and business projects.
Good understanding of SharePoint 2013 (at least out of the box functionalities)
Good understanding of record centre in SharePoint 2013.
