Roles & Responsibilities
Maintain business intelligence products such as reports, dash boards, Lumira, universes, explorer views, HANA and IQ models/views, ETL, portal linkage day-to-day to ensure availability
Monitor and tune business intelligence product performance – report, plan, schedule, coordinate, communicate, execute, signify, attest, and test adjustments accordingly
Monitor business intelligence product portfolio, count, description and usage levels with regular cadence reporting to management, special note on SOX products
Rationalize and optimize business intelligence products – plan, schedule, coordinate, communicate, signify, attest, report, test, address impacts and execute
Enhance business intelligence products based off demand priorities – plan, schedule, coordinate, communicate, signify, attest, report, test, address impacts and execute
Develop new business intelligence products based off demand priorities – plan, schedule, coordinate, communicate, signify, attest, report, test, address impacts and execute
Monitor and address system changes affecting business intelligence products
Respond to and mitigate business intelligence products incidents and problems
Review logs, identify patterns in logs, address issues stemming from logs, plan fix or tuning, schedule, coordinate, communicate, signify, attest, report, test, address impacts and execute
Recommend improvements
Maintain documentation – portfolio, as-built, best practices, standards, and procedures
