Project Manager - Infrastructure & Application Support

Location: Hillsboro, OR
Duration: 12 months

Description:
3 primary tracks of work:
1) Integrate multiple instances of ServiceNow into one

2) Instrumentation: Close gaps on monitoring a broad range of environments and platforms to enable proactive alerts

3) Automation: Work across ops to implement tools that automate L1/front line and advanced support operations.
- Need a tech savvy PM with an understanding how infrastructure and application support connect to deliver a service to the business, understanding service management processes, and knowledge of how to deploy an application to execute technology process.
- High tolerance for ambiguity
- Ability to lead a team through IT
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience working in cross functional teams
- Adaptable re methodology (Manager wants someone with a toolbox and the ability to pick the right methodology to support the team’s needs)

Skills:
- 5 years project/program management experience delivering regional projects; experience with formal project management methodology.
