Job Title: Business Systems Analyst
Duration: 6 months
Location: Cranston, RI

Here is additional Information for the Sailpoint position :
The SailPoint Business Systems Analyst (BSA) will focus on extending existing capabilities in the area of Identity & Access Management. The focus will be on internal personnel identity management, business role management, application/resource access management, information security, and regulatory compliance with respect to access management.
This role will incorporate a strong consultant oriented approach working with the business lines to deliver cost effective solutions. This role will be heavily focused on maintaining customer relationships and providing excellent customer service.
Responsibilities will include, but will not be limited to:
Consult with Application Support teams in the context of incident & problem resolution in the IAM area
Work with Technology Services, IS Security, and Risk departments in the context of IAM, including serving as representative on workgroups, proofs of concepts, and interdepartmental committees
Providing the highest level of customer support to business units
Managing and reporting risks and related action plans
Maintaining schedules and organizing the quarterly SailPoint user entitlement review cycle
Managing the intake process for enhancement requests and new application integrations
Scheduling and managing disaster recovery events
Managing vendor relationships and driving bug and enhancement requests
Working with management to define system road maps and upgrade schedules
This position has the potential for the chosen candidate to work from home two days per week.
Qualifications
Experience and Skills:
5 – 7 years relevant business analyst experience within an IT Security environment
2 years relevant leadership experience
Ability to plan and prioritize workload
Ability to manage priorities within a constantly changing environment
2 or more years working with SailPoint experience preferably working with Identity IQ
Preferred Experience and Skills
2 or more years experience working in Identity & Access Management (preferred)
Strong understanding of Microsoft Active Directory, Oracle Unified Directory, People Soft HRIS systems, Active Role Server, Mainframe - Top Secret
Education and Certifications:
B.S. in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field
CISSP – Certified Information Systems Security Professional preferred
