Job Description :
Screen and identify candidates for specific opportunities
Post job opportunities on Social Media Board
Research and qualify candidates via the internet and Social Media tools including LinkedIn and Facebook
Make initial candidate contact and build relationships/networks with prospective candidate’s Solid expertise and experience in passive candidate recruiting techniques
Significantly contribute to the candidate pipeline on a weekly basis
Assist in writing clear and effective job descriptions
Excellent writing skills required
Upload resumes to company database, screen resumes, conduct phone screens, coordinate interviews with hiring managers, conduct reference checks, and originate offer letters
