Determine the needs of end users of technical documentation. Study product samples and talk with product designers and developers.
Determine the needs of end users of technical documentation.
Responsible of documenting process, create operating instructions, how-to manuals, assembly instructions and SDLC documents.
Organize and write supporting documents for products.
Use photographs, drawings, diagrams, animation, and charts that increase users’ understanding
Develop and execute plans to support database activities and production migration.
6+ years of experience with all areas of the Systems Development Life Cycle from technical and business unit perspective.
A good familiarity with DB structures and database processing
The ability to disseminate complex and technical information in simple and concise manor
Ability to skillfully concentrated large volumes of information to into focused reports
Proven working experience in technical writing of software documentation
Excellent written skills in English with good communication skill, including ability to develop and deliver Interface Control Documents, user manual and technical documents.
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and experience with SVN, Clear Quest, Jira, Toad, Oracle, ETL, Test tool and Unix is a plus
Understanding application environment needs and translating into infrastructure specifications is a plus.
Hands on experience with SQL
Business understanding of mortgage industry terms and technology terms
Experience in database attributes mapping and testing interfaces is a plus.
