Job Title: Oracle Financials Delivery Lead
Location: Parsippany, NJ

Required Skills ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Minimum 5 years'' experience in Oracle Finance (AP, AR, GL, FA, Project Costing, and Cash Management modules)
- Functional expertise Business process analysis and redesign experience: strong business analysis skills; process mapping; business process redesign and implementation R12 full implementations and hands on implementation experience in R12 Financials Suite including the following applications: General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Payments, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, Projects, and Cash Management.
- In this role, you will be asked to perform the following project functions:
- • Focus heavily on Oracle Financial support and leading functional assessments as well as architecting functional solutions for client EBS Financial projects.
- • Lead functional workshops educating customers on the product
- • Create estimates for various financial implementation efforts
- • Develop future process flows and requirements
- • Provide guidance for comprehensive testing
- • Work with technical resources on data conversions and custom form and reports • Conduct end user training and development of training materials
- • Also in a Functional lead capacity and responsible for implementing multiple EBS Financial modules/ enhancements. • Interact and communicate effectively with the various teams from the customer (i.e.: business, IT, etc List minimum 3 primary job duties/responsibilities and years of experience associated with job duties:
- • Focus heavily on Oracle Financial support and leading functional assessments as well as architecting functional solutions for client EBS Financial projects.
- • Lead functional workshops educating customers on the product
- • Work with technical resources on data conversions and custom form and reports Additional Skills Desired:
- • International project experience - multicurrencies, global localizations
- • Basic knowledge and experience with additional Oracle application areas (Procure to Pay, Order to Cash, etc
- • Cloud/ Fusion Financial implementation experience is a plus
