TECHNICAL BUSINESS ANALYST

Location: Andover, MA

Duration: Full Time.


The Opportunity The Business Systems Analyst works with internal and external stakeholders to elicit requirements for our SaaS based line of applications as we expand into the global market. As a member of our Business Development team, you will document software requirements from our clients into technically written Statements of Work. As you develop these SOWs, you will be interacting with multiple teams and clients across internal and external projects for the duration of the SDLC. Your responsibility will be to ensure all stakeholder needs are met, while simultaneously ensuring that the enhancements are adding value to our products.

Responsibilities include: • Interacting with clients to understand their business case and functional requirements • Performing gap analysis • Converting business requirements into technical language • Working with multiple teams internally and externally across myriad development projects • Managing all aspects of the SDLC respective to our clients’ needs • Designing and developing improved methods for communicating between disparate systems • Collaborating on an interdepartmental level to design and implement new software features • Acting as a liaison to facilitate relationships with strategic clients

The ideal candidate will possess: • The ability to elicit and translate client requirements into technical documentation, mockups and logical workflows • Ability to define project scopes, meet deadlines and interact with customers • Understanding of .Net, Web service and SQL technologies • Experience supporting the entire SDLC • Experience utilizing the entire suite of MS Office 365/2016 tools • The ability to translate technical detail into layman’s terms for end-user consumption • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills • High level of attention to detail • Bachelor''s Degree in Information Systems or related field • Fleet management software knowledge is a plus
