F2F Interview Required
The project manager must have:
10 years experience as PM
- Experience with the RFP process for implementation of applications including drafting of the procurement documents, vendor evaluation and selection, and negotiation of contracts.
- Extensive knowledge of applications development (minimum of 5 years experience) some of which in a project leadership or PM position.
- Experience overseeing the implementation of a large complex application by a vendor.
7 years Review, analyze and evaluate user/system needs
5 years Business processes Re-engineering
5 years Proficient with Microsoft Word and XL
10 years Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects lasting 6 to 12 months, with teams of 3 to 4 people.
5 years Demonstrated ability to train and support end users
They must be able to communicate both orally and in writing, and to work with multiple stakeholders and facilitate collaboration between vendor and IT Division staff.
