This is highly responsible work maintaining and maturing web presence, both Internet and Intranet. Will be responsible for creation of concept, design, testing and maintenance of web sites, pages and applications. Will meet frequently with staff before and during project, to ascertain requirements, and also afterwards to train staff in the proper maintenance of web pages and proper use of web applications. General duties will include advising web developers and management on all aspects of web development from technology to functionality to graphics.

Skill Set:
Must be proficient in current HTML standards and aware of the differences between all the HTML version standards as adopted by the W3C, as well as future W3C standards, which are constantly being developed. Must be proficient in JavaScript, DHTML, and XML. Must be able to write server-side dynamic web pages such as Active Server Pages (ASP), ASPX using VBScript/VB. Must be familiar with all types of online security schemes, and also with COM objects and similar techniques. Must know how to optimize all formats for online viewing. Must be proficient in: Microsoft FrontPage, Microsoft Visual InterDev, Visual Studio.NET, Notepad, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Macromedia Flash, Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat. Must be able to write and debug code in straight text format, without the help of a GUI interface.

Job Responsibilities:
- Participate in software development on the Salesforce.com Classic/Lightening platform using Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Attend daily stand-ups, sprint planning sessions, and retrospectives to plan, track, and code development tasks.
- Act as the SME in one or more Scrum teams with focus on Salesforce best practices.
- Participate in managed changes for supported data objects across Salesforce functional areas.
- Translate simple to complex user stories into functional and actionable software within the Salesforce environment.
- Support the creation of visual representations of logical business processes using Visio or other tools. Attributes:

Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor''s Degree in Computer Science or Related Field OR 5-7 years of experience.
- 2+ years development experience with Visual Force, Java-script, Apex controllers, Triggers, Batch jobs & standard SFDC components.
- 2+ year’s experience with SFDC Object design, SOQL & SOSL.
- Advanced understanding of the Salesforce.com data model and how and when to create custom objects vs. using Salesforce out-of-the-box functionality.
- 2+ years of experience working on custom end-to-end SFDC projects.
- 5+ years of experience working with web based technologies
- Experience developing using the Agile/Scrum methodology.
- Excellent communication skills required.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with an ETL tool (like Informatica) is highly desired
- Salesforce Developer certifications preferred.
