Job Description :

· The competencies critical to this position include superb organizational skills, keen attention to detail, and the ability to identify inefficiencies and recommend solutions.

· Acts as the single go-to person for all activities happening on the IES activities of the HIX/IES project, including coordinating all activities with members of the EOHHS-IT project management team.

· Provides regular updates to the Assistant CIO for Health and Eligibility and the EOHHS Lead Architect on key tasks and issues.

· Facilitates the organization and review of deliverables related to the HIX/IES project by EOHHS staff and reports back the HIX/IES Document Manager edits and changes.

· Coordinates follow-up and next steps for EOHHS staff related to the IES activities of the HIX/IES project.

· Understands the various organizations involved in the project and their interests.

· Develops and maintains effective relationships with project team members, senior leadership, and stakeholders.

· Tracks and completes project tasks, follows up on open items, and tracks issues.

· Ensures that tasks and outputs are timely, of the highest quality, and are tailored to the unique needs of the project's stakeholders.

· Responds proactively to requests for information.

· Documents and maintains records of current project plans, meeting minutes, decisions, project reports, schedules, budgets, cost tracking reports, and other pertinent records.

· Prepares and designs presentation-ready project reports using graphics and desktop publishing software; integrates word processing and spreadsheet files into reports. Prepares slides, overheads, and handouts for presentations or reports. Develops templates for reporting and communication.

· Coordinates conference calls and meetings; records meeting minutes as needed or follows up on and reviews meeting minutes recorded by another team member.

Required Qualifications:

· Bachelor's degree with 3 years of experience, or equivalent

· Ability to assess priorities and operate in a flexible manner in order to meet the dynamic needs of the team

· Strong analytic and communication (oral and written) skills necessary to interact with all levels of management

· Attention to and precision with detail, comfort with financial data

· Ability to work independently and process quickly, independently prioritizing work activities

· Demonstrated experience in using computer-based tools including electronic mail, word processing, spreadsheet, Microsoft project and database products.

· Must be local

Preferred Qualifications:

· Prefer individual with energetic, can-do approach to work, who tracks and follows up on tasks independently, who seeks out additional work, who recommends ways to improve upon current activities

· Prefer individual who has served in this capacity in a systems design and development environment, who responds quickly and with high quality, and has very strong written and verbal communication skills.

· Basic understanding of information technology design and development
