Following is a description of the project.

Overview
The Senior Business Systems Analyst will work collaboratively with Client''s Commercial Operations team to leverage Veeva and related technologies and integrations. This individual will provide ongoing support of existing applications while recommending Veeva best practices and leading projects to implement new features and technology to further leverage our investment in Veeva.
Task will include: analysis, requirements gathering, design documentation, configuration, unit testing, user test coordination, training documentation and execution and cutover management.
Responsibilities:

Production Support
· Solve application incidents, analyze issues and identify their source. Perform root cause analysis to determine and drive potential solutions.
· Work with Client Help Desk to establish and maintain knowledge articles and FAQs.
· Using Apex Data Loader, load territory alignments, call plans and other sales planning data into Veeva.
· Deliver reports, dashboards and other data imports and exports.
· Understand integration techniques and create detailed specs for integrating data between other enterprise systems and Veeva as needed.
Change Control
· Manage change requests from multiple sources and prioritize appropriately.
· Configure and deploy change requests while adhering to established change control procedures and documentation requirements.
· Work with local, remote and offshore technical development resources as needed.
Project Management
· Establish project plans including resource and timeline requirements. Effectively communicate project status throughout the life of the project.
· Lead SDLC phases of projects and deliver on milestones based on agreed upon project deadlines and schedules.
· Develop detailed user requirement documents, process flows and other documentation to highlight business requirements.
· Prepare solution design specifications employing use case documents, diagrams and screen mockups as applicable.
· Assist the business in the development of test plans and test cases and support them in their execution of user acceptance testing activities.

Qualifications
· B.S. Computer Science, Software Engineering, MIS or equivalent work experience in lieu of formal education
· Veeva Administrator Certification required
· Salesforce.com Administrator Certification preferred
· Apex trigger and class experience preferred
· Ability to perform oracle database queries preferred
Experience :
· Experience supporting CRM applications and Sales teams
· Structured System Development Lifecycle (SDLC) experience
· Pharmaceutical or medical Device experience preferred Competencies
