Job Description :
Our direct client is looking for a PEGA Lead Business Architect for a Contract in Trenton, NJ.

The Lead Business Architect will:
- Work with multiple teams consisting of developers, subject matter experts and stakeholders to convert the business requirements, business process flow, use cases and the supporting integration documentation into a fully functional application that meets the user’s needs.
- Be responsible for mentoring and empowering the business SMEs.
- Meet with end users and technical staff of all types to gather and document business and system requirements.
- Propose comprehensive solutions based on business and technical requirements.
- Develop and / or engineer user interface, service tier, data tier components, infrastructure or security for PRPC.
- Develop standards, repeatable processes, and reusable components.
- Assist in project planning, including developing of timelines, composition of technical teams and leveling of resources.
- Mentor business and technical team members on processes and standards to promote consistency and improve productivity.
- Assist in the development and review of technical deliverables on projects.

- 7 years related experience
- PEGA Smart BPM - 7 years - Required
- PEGA PMF - 7 years - Required
- PEGA Direct Capture of Objectives - 7 years - Required
- PEGA PRPC Use Case Development - 5 year - Required
- Converting business into process flow - 5 years - Required
- PEGA certified Lead Business Architect - 5 years - Required (NEED DATE OF CERTIFICATION)
- PEGA certified Senior System Architect - Desired (NEED DATE OF CERTIFICATION, if Done)
- PEGA certified Business Architect - Desired (NEED DATE OF CERTIFICATION, if Done)
- 4-year college degree or equivalent technical study - Required
- Mentoring Application Development team - Required
- Propose comprehensive solutions based on business and technical requirements - Required
- Develop and / or engineer user interface, service tier, data tier components, infrastructure or security for PRPC. - Required
- Assist in project planning, including developing of timelines, composition of technical teams and leveling of resources. - Required
- MVS / COBOL / DB2 experience - Highly Desired
