Job Description :
Solid Understanding of Microsoft Desktop / Laptop environment [Windows XP, Windows 7 etc.]
· Knowledge of Windows environment and basic administration preferred
· Automation and Scripting knowledge preferred
· Knowledge of Networking, Database, Security will be added advantage
· Good understanding of client backup software (e.g., Symantec DLO) and Antivirus software (e.g., Symantec End Point protection)
· Good Communication skills
· Analytical skills to resolve Complex problems
· Basic knowledge of end user application
· Presentation skills
· ITIL Knowledge (Incident management, Request management, Change Management, Problem management)
