Job Description :
This role will focus mostly on internal communication. The candidate should be able to understand the project plan, be able to prioritize, work with different teams to identify risks and issues, and have mitigation strategies/plans ready to go. Strong communication is required, they ill be working with technical, product, and operations teams.

An ideal candidate will come from a technical background and have now moved into a PM role.

Qualifications:
- 2-5 years of experience
- Banking/Financial background is preferred
- Bilingual - Spanish and English
- Experience Managing a technology project
- Transaction processing, ACH knowledge, and EBT knowledge are preferred
- Familiar with Microsoft Project, Excel, Word, and SharePoint
- Ability to drive the project, have a good follow through, work independently, and provide consistent updates
- Strong communication skills in order to properly negotiate with various teams to decide on deliverables

Duration:
- 6 months
- Likely to extend based on the workload
- Contract work only

Location:
- Will need to work on-site.
- The candidate will need to be open to travel to Puerto Rico, travel costs can be expensed.

Work Schedule:
- 40 hour work week
- Most of the team starts between 8-9 and end between 5-6, the manager does have some flexibility here.
