Location: Burlington, MA
Duration: Full time
Maintain system efficiency
Upgrade, patch, maintain systems used to support client based computers
Tier 3 issue troubleshooting and resolution reported by users/colleagues
Maintain network and system security
Monitor network for system uptime, performance, and product lifecycles
Administration of relevant network devices, appliances, and servers
Responsible for documenting new and existing systems

Follow configuration management and change control procedures
Ensure decisions made to improve the overall IT Service Delivery are continually carried through
Work collaboratively across teams in fast paced environment
Be thought leader for creating or enhancing standard operating procedures (SOPs)
A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science/Infrastructure. Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience with systems administration.
Strong understanding of Microsoft Active Directory, Exchange, and client/server Operating Systems
Strong understanding of Office 365 administration, migration
Strong understanding with VMWare and virtualization technologies, ESX, Horizon, SRM
Strong understanding of infrastructure technologies for compute systems such as Dell, Cisco UCS, Thinkmate, HP Proliant, Nutanix, VXRail.
Experience with SAN administration, NetApp, EMC
Experience with administrating SQL Server Environments. Including but limited to Installation, backup and recovery, security, and relocation.
Experience with IaaS, PaaS, Azure and AWS specifically
Basic understanding of network related protocols and operation. TCP/IP, SMB, CIFS, NFS.
Experience with tools Symantec Altiris, ManageEngine Products, McAfee Antivirus & Security, and Enterprise Mac management nice to have
