Sr. Network Engineer

Leads simple to medium complexity engagements as the lead consultant. Develops measurement criteria to evaluate programs and projects and develops or reviews estimate on technical aspects of projects. Designs quality control and test procedures to ensure the deliverables meet established design and performance goals. Identifies, analyzes, and evaluates alternative technology design solutions. Keeps up to date with current and future technology and technology/business process trends. Mentors less experienced systems integrators.
Additional Details: Complete Network Analysis (Health check), using a tool set such as NetBrain, NetScout, NetMRI, OPNET. Resource will conduct health check and document findings, make recommendations for remediation and document a newly designed network. Must have working hands on knowledge of Cisco Environment, Brocade certification is highly desirable. Knowledge of BlueCoat Director and Reporter devices. Knowledge of Infoblox devices. Knowledge or Remedy and or Service Now ticketing systems. Knowledge of CheckPoint Firewalls, Qualys, VMWare, Active Directory, SharePoint, SolarWinds, TCIP, WIFI, VPN, SNMP, FTP/SFTP, DNS, DHCP, WINS, VoIP, MPLS, SMTP, Cisco ASA and transitioning to new devices. ITIL processes, Windows Server 2000/2003, Win2K/Windows 8 &10 and Vulnerability remediation. In addition resource will work on projects such as Network Migration for Cisco 6513 to Brocade
