Job Description:

At least 5 years of experience in managing L3 support
L3 Support : Manage/Resolve L3 tickets. Co-ordinate with L2 tean, OEM
Vendors (L4) issues.

Should have fair understanding on Windows, .NET framework, DB concept
Should be able to write simple SQL queries
Good Oral/Written communication skills
