Job Description :
Main Duties are:

Scheduling of bridges Order validation with client and sales, working with client to schedule install times.
Working with vendors to get pricing (quotes) and internal functional team for Purchase Orders.
Performing Site Survey Technical review of the clients workflow environment.
Providing bridge specifications to vendor.

Qualifications: This position requires: • Strong commitment to customer satisfaction through teamwork. • Excellent organizational skills • Ability to multitask. • Excellent verbal / written / documentation / interpersonal skills. • Proficient administrative type time management, follow-up and organizational skills • Experience with Web based applications required • Basic Networking knowledge preferred

Please note: A bridge is defined as a method of transporting patient demographic and insurance information from a Client’s EMR (Electronic Medical Record) program into Care360. The patient information is then automatically populated into the required Care360 fields when entering in an electronic requisition.
