Job Description:


Under limited guidance, manages and coordinates the qualification and deployment of systems.
Provides technical support to project teams, customers, business leaders, and customer delivery and adoption teams.
Provides level 3 support services for data issues spanning Infosario Analytics, DTE, Siebel CTMS application, Data factory, Informatica ETL’s
Interact with software vendors, infrastructure services, and/or applications development to restore service and/or correct core problems.
Communicate IT issues to business units at various levels of seniority.
Manage and coordinate the implementation of internal, external and off-the-shelf business applications with all IT and business groups.
Coordinate validation activities related to the deployment of business applications.
Coordinate with internal and external service providers in the area of incident, problem, and change management, capacity planning and troubleshooting, representing the interests of supported business groups.
Maintain knowledge of the IT industry, analyze the abilities of tools and technologies and compare with the needs of the business, recommend potential solutions to managers within the business.
Contributes to design, development, implementation, and maintenance plans for systems
Provide input and review of system development and configuration work with regard to standards and validation procedures
Perform other duties as directed
Write and execute IQ''s, append existing IQ''s for each change in the system configuration
Co-ordinate with DBA''s for database backups, restore database and other database related activities
Follow Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) which provides the cohesive and quality result
Support advanced SQL stored procedures/packages, complex analytic processing, providing data interfaces with various databases and systems
Ability to summarize the data in a coherent and effective manner to facilitate identification of issues, patterns, root causes and potential improvements
Strong understanding of logical Data Models e.g. merging transactional data within a transaction table with relevant reference data residing in other databases
Must be able to trace front end reporting results through multiple layers of business logic and multiple products to the source system data

Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

Strong communication, organizational, prioritization and leadership skills
Possess good written and oral communication skills as well as presentation skills
Self-driven and motivated individual with ability to learn quickly and adapt to new environments
Detailed orientated with strong analytical aptitude, understanding of statistical methods is very helpful
Prefer hands on experience in Spotfire, OBIEE or other comparable business intelligence tools
Working knowledge of Informatica, Active Batch and Siebel CRM,
Preferred industry recognized certifications appropriate to the specific role
Prior CRO experience a plus
This candidate should be able to work in shifts and support 24/7 model
