Job Title: IT Service Management Administrator

Location: Houston,TX

Duration: 6 Months + Extension possible

Job Title: Consultant | IT Service Management | End Point (Desktops, Laptop, Printers,
Mobile Devices) Administration

Must Haves Skills :

* Telephone and in-person support to over 200 end users, troubleshooting, diagnosing,
resolving, and documenting hardware, software, and network related technical issues.
* Possess the ability to build, install, configure and troubleshoot a PC from the
component level.

* Experience with PC repairs and working with vendors for hardware support.
* Escalated service questions to appropriate client representatives.
* Great communication, analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
How many years of experience? 5 to 7 years

Education/Certifications (Required): High school diploma
