Remedy Admin

Participate/support in the design and implementation of automated processes for the IT Service Management (ITSM) to fulfill customer needs;
Configure/use/administer the Remedy Service Request to automate the intake and reporting of work requests;
Integrate the Remedy Service Request, Incident Management, and Change Management for processing & tracking of work requests;
Perform Remedy administration and support for Client Remedy users;
Establish system audit practices and perform account/security administration.

The successful candidate’s resume must include the following:
3+ years of experience as a BMC Remedy Admin/Developer
2+ years of experience creating advanced SQL queries
3+ years of experience with BMC ITSM Suite 8.x
3+ years of experience with public sector clients
