Job Description :
Scope of Work: A more detailed scope of work may be further defined with the Contractor but the preliminary scope is as follows:

Under direction, to analyze, create, develop, validate, optimize and provide report/data output specifications for assigned applications as requested by report consumers.
Defines, analyzes, and provides detailed specifications for and writes new reports, including appropriate distribution methods to support future operational workflow processes.
Works with functional teams to do needs analysis to determine reporting needs for the report consumers.
Works with the appropriate subject matter experts and other project team members in design, build, and validation sessions,
Gathers report data objectives, data required and specifications.
Builds new reports and data extracts, using QNext and Diamond systems.
Identifies, validates and indexes appropriate reporting solution for various reporting or extract needs.
Develops and documents the internal procedures that are used in conjunction with report writing.
Meets commitments within established timeframes.

Knowledge and Experience
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Math, a healthcare clinic discipline or related field from an accredited college or university and three [3) years of report writing experience in a clinical or business operations setting.
Proficient in MS SQL Server Databases, SSRS and SSIS to build and execute reports and scheduled data extraction events.
Knowledge of QNext and Diamond applications and database structure.
Experience working in a Healthcare Information Technology related role within a Managed Care setting,
Experience with other report writing or Business Intelligence tools such as Crystal Reports and Business Objects.
Designing and supporting relational databases including use of query techniques to access relational databases.
Current knowledge of the QNXT application and Databases
