Job Description :
Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
At least 4 years of experience with Information Technology

At least 4 years of experience in AS/400, RPG skills for production support and maintenance.
At least 2 years of experience with L2/L3 tickets and provide root cause analysis and propose implementation plan for reducing incidents
Experience and understanding of in Production support, maintenance processes, Service Level management
Ability to work in team environment and client interfacing skills
Excellent analytical, troubleshooting skills
Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment
To be flexible and open to work in 24x7 shifts including night shifts and on call support during weekends, holidays if needed.
The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face. Travel may be required as per the job requirements.
