Sales Operations Analyst
Location: Burlington, MA
Duration: Full Time
The Sales Operations Analyst is part of client’s Finance organization and reports into the Manager of Sales Operation. This role is responsible for approving opportunities, assisting with sales planning, and providing ad hoc analysis. It is a highly cross-functional position which involves working with multiple organizations including Finance, Services, Marketing and Sales. Working effectively in a matrix organization is imperative to this role. Candidates should have a strong background in sales processes, andmust be able to work in a fast paced, time sensitive environment.
Responsibilities:
Support sales order workflow in SFDC from order creation to deal closure, including deal architecture, completing paperwork, adherence to booking policy, and contract administration.
Support SFDC Data Governance initiative which includes data integrity, workflow rules, approval process, or other types of system administration.
Liaise with Accounting in the reconciliation of monthly bookings between SFDC and finance systems.
Support annual planning process through ad hoc analysis.
Lead key special projects with an end-to-end focus to deliver value to the organization.
Additional requests based on the needs of Sales Management.
Preferred Qualifications:
Attention to detail
Effective verbal and written communication skills
2-5 years of experience
Degree in business, finance, economics or accounting preferred
Ability to multi-task and work well under pressure
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Experience with CRM tools (required) and SF.com (preferred)
