Position: SAP Success Factor Consultant
Location: – SFO,CA

Summary:
The focus is to define the technical approaches for the implementation of Employee Central, with integration to SuccessFactors Talent modules and other 3rd party applications, and migration of master data from SAP HCM.

Responsibilities:
Define overall architecture of the SF solution
Define integration architecture from/to EC and 3rd party applications, involving multiple Cloud to Cloud, Cloud to On Premise, and SAP ECC to Employee Central (EC) data replication scenarios
Defining technical specifications for key interface components and delegating development tasks to team members
Lead the testing of integrations
Define technology roadmap of EC implementation
Define data conversion strategy from SAP HCM to EC, test and perform data migration

Requirements:
10 + years of SAP ECC specific lead technical integration experience
Extensive knowledge of the SAP HCM infotypes and tables, infotype framework for updating those table, and experience with data loads and extractions
3+ years of lead experience working with EC implementation to define integration architecture to support SF/ECC and SF to 3rd party application integration to include the use of SAP HCI integration Framework, IDOCs, and BAdIs
Lead experience migrating SAP HCM master data to EC
Ability to lead business processes assessments and development of to-be processes and systems landscape workshops with emphasis on systems integration
Hands on experience implementing SF Talent modules (Recruiting Management, Onboarding, performance, compensation, succession, development, objectives) with EC as HCM
Exceptional verbal and written communication
Strong leadership, organizational, team management, communication (verbal, written, and presentation), and interpersonal skills
Familiar with agile development methodology
Very strong client facing experience / customer service oriented
Enjoy working in a fast pace environment


Preferred Qualifications:
SAP/Success Factors Associate or Professional Certification (or grandfathering) in Employee Central
