Job Title: Business / System Analyst
Location: Walnut Creek, CA - 94597
Duration: 12+ Months (Contract – W2)

Job Description:
Provides estimates, coordinates projects and provides input to the overall general planning process for assigned business unit
Reviews, evaluates, designs, implements and maintains company database[s]; Identifies data sources, constructs data decomposition diagrams, provides data flow diagrams and documents the process
Writes codes for database access, modifications, and constructions including stored procedures
Develops and reviews project plans, identifies issues, resolves issues, and communicates status of assigned projects to users and manager
Gathers requirements, builds logical models and provides quality documentation of detailed user requirements to Development for the design and development of systems
Plan, arrange and control meetings, workshops and relations with client/user staff during system investigations and throughout subsequent development work
Directs quality of entire systems ensuring that the systems meet the needs of the Business Unit through user acceptance testing
Mentors less experienced Systems Analysts

Key Responsibilities:
Develop a social media strategy designed to grow awareness and consideration of client Messages.
Create the process/procedure by which we create media presence and align internally
Manage the execution of innovative social initiatives
Deliver content and programs with high engagement rates and strong positive brand buzz
Build and manage social communities
Partner with PR team to ensure social amplification on key communication
Be the go-to-resource on internal communications execution using best practices and policies
Develop the client Messages customer voice in social
Stay on top of social trends
Track and measure success of social media programs

Required Skills & Experience:
3-5 years of experience in communications and social media
Proven track record building brands via Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Foursquare, Instagram, etc.
Excellent communication, interpersonal and leadership skills
4 plus years of related professional experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
Proficient in Microsoft Office products, including but not limited to Word, Excel, and Outlook
Self-starter, works well with others, excellent verbal and written communication skills; Ability to handle multiple tasks and responsibilities
Ability to work under pressure and meet regulatory deadlines.
Ability to multi-task and manage multiple priorities
Experience using various social and web analytics reporting tools
Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Computer Science or Business Administration
Strong analytics, focused on developing results-driven campaigns
Self-motivated, organized, and a strategic thinker
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
