Position Details:
Job Title: Audit Project Manager
Location: Columbia, SC
Duration: 12+ months

Required skills (rank in order of importance):
2+ years of audit experience is required
5+ years of strong project management skills to audit intended results for multiple projects and situations based on established governance standards
Must possess excellent knowledge of the principles and techniques of the auditing procedures
Demonstrates exceptional time management and organizational skills to ensure timely completion of the project
Must be an excellent team player with strong communication skills to be able to convey the audit relevant details in a clear, concise manner
Must be proficient in computers and must be able to retrieve, maintain and update any audit related data whenever required
Must be able to work under pressure and meet the deadlines by assuring completion of project that is compliant with the auditing standards
Must maintain complete confidentiality related to the auditing aspects

Preferred skills (rank in order of importance):
Experience in a healthcare insurance environment (Medicaid preferred)
Public sector Quality Management experience is a plus
Experience managing and/or auditing large scale, complex projects involving multiple vendors

Required education:
Bachelor’s degree in healthcare/business management, computer science, engineering, or another related field is required. A master’s degree is preferred.

Required certifications:
PMP Preferred
