Job Description :
For the SAP CRM call center project we will need a resource with the following skill set experience.

CRM and Contact Center experience is a must:

SAP CRM 7.0
a. Experience with Setting up Interaction Center
b. Experience with Setting up CRM Service with integration to ECC Service requests
c. Experience with Setting up Integration to SAP Contact center
2. SAP ECC
a. Experience with Service processes.
3. SAP Contact center
a. Experience with Setting up for multi-level support call routing
b. Experience with Setting up for skill based routing
c. Experience with Setting up for Region based routing
d. Experience with Setting up for Voice, Email and Chat
e. Experience with assisting/Setting up the instance and guiding basis resources on set up
f. Experience with SAP Contact center integration with Cisco Call Manager
4. SAP CRM Middleware
a. Experience with Setting up Master data integration
b. Experience with Setting up Transactional data integration
i. Sales
ii. Service
c. Experience with Setting up Enhancements for custom functionality
5. Data migration/loads
a. Experience with setting up data migration from Non SAP systems for master data
i. Experience with Setting up and executing LSMW for data loads
