Primary duty includes one or more of the following:
Planning, Programming, and Modeling.
Performs in one of the following sub-roles:
(1) Data Base Administrator: designs and configures complex databases with replication and multi-nodes, develops comprehensive DB implementation/upgrade plans, translates logical to physical design, creates DB objects, builds backup/recovery/load scripts, and can support development thru production. Proficiency in database and/or SQL analysis and tuning;
(2) Data Administrator: creates, analyzes, translates, and maintains complex logical and/or physical data models, metadata repositories, and data catalogues. Maintains security event logs. Ensures all productions changes are made in accordance with lifecycle methodology and risk guidelines. This position should typically be used for an advanced or lead level resource.

You will capture requirements for future architectural or tool set changes in the Identity & Access Management infrastructure; identify the techniques and technologies that should be applied at the enterprise level; help define the design, requirements and architecture that the IAM infrastructure must support; identify, analyze and address any technical dependencies and interfaces; develop operational methods to sustain performance, reliability, and availability.
You will work with engineers and operational support staff to provide solutions that meet business and technical requirements which follow firm-wide enterprise architecture and corporate Identity Management practices. You will assist in the development of procedures, standards and documentation. You will develop a solid understanding of the entire Identity & Access Management infrastructure lifecycle, software, and tool sets.

Skills:

Minimum of 8+ years of relevant work experience related to systems engineering, IT architecture, and production support.
Must have experience with several of the following: LDAP, Active Directory, Oracle, Bash/Korn shell
Experience with Radiant Logic VDS/ICS will be given extra consideration.
Experience with Groovy/Grails, Java, Subversion, PLSQL, JQuery, .NET, or MS SQL a plus
Strong knowledge of relational database management systems, normalized and denormalized structures, logical and physical modeling, physical database design, query optimization, data sourcing, data transformation, data loading, data cleansing, data shaping, indexing strategy
Knowledge of data warehousing concepts and techniques.
Demonstrated experience with large databases and manipulation of large data files
Knowledge of modern development lifecycles, including Waterfall, Agile and iterative development
Detail-oriented with strong conceptual, analytical, problem solving, decision making and planning skills
Must have the ability to use utilize application, scripting and operating system commands to configure, debug, and monitor large scale production systems.
Effective problem solving and analytical skills; excellent written and oral communication skills; and demonstrated ability to interact with technical, non-technical, and business members of the organization.
Ability to accurately interpret business direction and clarify technology''s alignment with stakeholder needs.
Experience with ETL development is required.

Bachelors Degree desired, CISSP or Master of Science are a plus
