Associate Director, Oracle Access & Identity Management.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

1.Knowledge of Access & Identity Management stack in Oracle and CA suite of products to apply understanding of Oracle Identity Governance suite including OIM/ OAM and its architecture to the challenges faced in enterprise Access & Identity Management that includes managing access across multiple array of digital products and integrating the same with legacy systems (AS/400), packages applications like ERP, Informatica and emerging technologies (viz. Mobile, Social, Cloud and big data)


Build AIM capabilities that utilizes industries and COTS products best practices and integrate the same with existing Client enterprise application landscape

2.Provide architecture, design & delivery oversight, including strategic recommendations and guidance on OIM/OAM capabilities


Align Client’s approach to decouple access and entitlement management from delivery platforms

3.Lead the evolution on AIM architecture and creation of Access & License Management solutions to build new features and solutions by closely working with enterprise architecture team and project team


Ensure solution meets Client requirements and are current with industry/ market/ product trends

4.Lead effort to refine existing OIM solution, provide support to customer support business


Ensure existing solution meets Client’s business requirements

5.Manage IDM standards for the organizations overall application integration, middleware interfaces and security architecture.


Ensure solution meets Client requirements

6.Provide technical and thought leadership in both architecture & design as well as application development and promote best practices in these areas


Ensure implementation of future state solution with ability to scale for future demand/ long term viability

7.Design responsibilities include determining the best patterns to use for each business scenario in order to gain the best performance, reusability and maintainability


Ensure integration architecture and design meets Client performance requirements

8.Works closely with project managers and team to clearly define scope of work and prioritize the roadmap by managing through partner / vendor team


Ensure we can execute on project deliverables

9.Escalate risk and issues to V.P. of Enterprise Services as needed


Avoid delays due to unforeseen issues

Education

Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or related field

Prior Experience / Industry or Other

Total of 10-12 years of Industry experience with 4-6 years in Identity and Access Management.


Minimum 4 years of experience with Oracle Identity Manager (OIM), Oracle Access Manager (OAM), Oracle Entitlement Server, Oracle Virtual directory (OVD), Oracle Unified directory (OUD)

Experience with designing, developing, and implementing complex platform migration for access and entitlement solutions

Experience in defining Scalable & HA deployment architecture using Oracle Weblogic Server

Experience in developing SOA based solutions

Experience with security protocols (LDAP, SAML, SPML, XACML, OAUTH, OpenID etc

Experience with single sign and federated identity solutions

Experience in SSO implementation

More than 2 years’ experience in publishing/Information technology industry Implementing Access Management solutions using Oracle Identity and Access Management Suite

Understanding of REST web-service

ESB integration experience

Required Skills, Knowledge and Characteristics

8+ years hands-on experience with design, development, and implementation of Identity and Access management strategies, architectures, and technical solutions

In-depth understanding on Oracle Identity & Access Management stack is must

· Oracle Identity Manager (OIM) 11g R1/R2

· Oracle Access Manager (OAM) 11g R1/R2

· Oracle Adaptive Access Manager (OAAM) 11g R1/R2,

· Oracle Entitlement Server (OES),

· Oracle Virtual directory (OVD)

· Oracle Unified directory (OUD)

· API gateway

Experience in following:

· OIM UI customization

· Integration with fulfillment systems/ERP/TIBCO

· Provisioning via Identity Manager Connector to external system

· End to End Implementation of OIM, OAM and OES.

· Oracle ADF

Strong knowledge of service oriented architecture (SOA), JMS, MQ, Web services (JAX-WS, JAX-RS, SOAP, ReST), and transfer protocols (http, ftp, etc

· Extensive experience in tuning and optimization of OIM application.

· Strong interpersonal and communications skills.

· Experience in working with remote teams.

· Onsite-offshore team management skills.

· Experience in Java/J2EE n-Tier solutions.

Oracle Identity Analytics 11g Certified Implementation Specialist.


Experience in Data Migration of large enterprise access and entitlement solution.
Prior experience working in Publishing domain.

· Ensure that own team are aware of all the processes and controls in my area and their relevance both to them and to the business.

· Assist as required in the annual audit process with KPMG.
