Job Description :
Very proficient on CRM Business Processes in Sales Force Automation , Marketing automation and Service management functionality
· Extremely good understanding of Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online 2015/2016 product ( entities , workflows and configuration )
· Excellent in communication, documentation and articulation skills
· Experience of functional analysis, gap-fit analysis and functional support
· Exposure to Dynamics CRM technical aspects esp. Javascripting, Installation
·Analyse client’s business requirements for CRM, perform Fit-Gap analysis and present functional solutions
·Prepare and maintain Business Requirements document and Functional design document
·Coaching and guiding the development team on requirements and functional aspects
· Functional testing of the implemented CRM system
· Provide end user training
· Ensuring excellent Customer Satisfaction from Requirements and CRM Functional perspective
·Client facing, assertive, excellent communication
