Direct Client: Phone Skype Interview
Location:: San Diego, CA
Duration :: 12 Months

Client is going to implement the Incident Management and Health and Safety Management components of the SAP Environment, Health and Safety (EHS) Suite. More specifically from the Health and Safety Management, we are looking to implement the Occupational Health functionality and processes.
We are looking for a solution architect/senior functional lead to assist in all aspects of this implementation, from project preparation, requirements gathering, solution design/blueprint, data extract and load historical data, hands-on functional configuration, test scripts development to testing and documentation.
The proposed resource(s) need to have a minimum of 10 years of experience in working with the SAP EHS solution and specifically with the incident management and health and safety components. Resource(s) also need to have completed at least 4-5 successful full life-cycle SAP EHS implementation projects, preferably within US Public Sector.

Client has a need to analyze and report employee injury-related data to facilitate the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) reporting. Employees, Supervisors, Safety Representatives, and HR Occupational Health Coordinators record and process injuries and incidents using several different applications and/or spreadsheets across different City Departments. Information is then reported to a central department on a regular basis for Cal/OSHA 300 reporting. The aim of this project is to establish a City-wide solution to track Occupational Injuries and near misses and provide a consistent reporting platform and furthermore be able to expand to also cover environmental compliance in the future.

The chosen implementation partner will work with the ERP and various other City Departments’ staff to gather requirements and develop the processes from start to finish, including test script development, testing and solving any defects that may come up during testing as well as document the work done and perform knowledge transfer of the new processes and best practices to the ERP department staff. Develop new or modify as needed ad-hoc report(s) during implementation.
