Job Description :
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent, with minimum 7+ years of relevant Experience.

Required Skills:
Expertise on tools like Adobe Photoshop, MS Powerpoint, MS Visio and Axure RP
Experience on tools like Mobile, Tablet, Desktop, Laptop and Wearable devices
Worked on web platforms like Web HTML5, Android, iOS, WebRTC-XRE, Bootstrap
Create documentation for other helpdesk members to support devices
Create documentation for Apps for users
Provide training to end users and other techs in using mobile devices
Testing new platforms to work on iOS devices (eg: AirPrint
Demonstrate excellent communication skills including the ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers.
Ability to use strong industry knowledge to relate to customer needs and dissolve customer concerns and high level of focus and attention to detail.
Strong work ethic with good time management with ability to work with diverse teams and lead meetings
