Required Qualifications:
This SF Recruiting expert will be responsible for providing expertise in the
area of Recruiting Management within SuccessFactors. Responsibilities
include but not limited to deliverable management, status reporting,

requirements gathering and rationalization, configuration and functional
designs, build responsibility, test responsibility, etc

Minimum Qualifications:
3+ years of experience with SuccessFactors
Experience implementing and configuring the SuccessFactors Recruiting

Certified in SuccessFactors Recruiting Management
Ability to travel to client sites on weekly basis

Preferred Skills:
Experience implementing the SuccessFactors Recruiting Marketing module
5+ years of experience with SAP HCM and/or SuccessFactors

Proven success in contributing to a team-oriented environment
Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving

Desire to work in an information systems environment
Education Level
