5+ years direct marketing experience.
Strong SQL skills against Oracle databases
Effective project management skills.
The ability to conduct cost/benefit analysis
IT Marketing background highly preferred

RESPONSIBILITIES • Analyze the performance of customer lists and advise best mailing techniques to maximize response and customer lifetime value. • Contribute to the development and execution of marketing strategy through shared intelligence of prospective customer performance and coordination with business intelligence team. • Manage day-to-day functions to ensure data accuracy and completeness across all programs. Remain up-to-date on all communication that goes directly to external customers. • Coordinate and own prospective customer intelligence within the Communications, Channel and Product Marketing teams, and Customer Management group. • Be one point of contact to maintain Customer demographic information including address, email and telephone numbers. Ability to slice and dice this information by several dimensions and also map them against existing lists to ensure data accuracy and avoid redundancy • Work with Product & Innovation to identify customers by product. Develop mechanism that can tie customers to product based on several types of direct and discrete revenue. • Create a process and guidelines for database cleanup and initiate as necessary with customer-facing teams, including BD, Customer Management and Customer Service • Strong analytical skills, including a thorough understanding of how to interpret customer business needs and translate them into enterprise and solution requirements • Query Oracle databases directly by writing own SQL queries and procedures • As demand for these services will be very high, prioritize work appropriately with the various stakeholders

REQUIREMENTS • Bachelor''s degree in business, math/statistics or related field. • 5+ years direct marketing experience. • Proficient in Excel, Access and SAS. • Strong SQL skills against Oracle databases • Superior analytical and problem-solving skills. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Detail oriented with advanced time management skills. • Collaborative team player with the ability to multitask. • Effective project management skills. • Ability to analyze and document complex business processes. • Ability to make effective decisions under pressure. • The ability to conduct cost/benefit analysis • Modeling techniques and methods
