Attaining the target of outbound calls assigned by Team Lead/Dy Manager
To enter the details of interaction in system for database the and future reference
Average handle time to be maintained as per client needs.
Maintain quality of voice process as per customer satisfaction
To maintain the record of minimal call drop
Profile Specialized Qualifications - Exposure to BPO/KPO voice process

Exposure to healthcare would be preferred.
