Job Description :
Collaboration subject matter expert supporting the collab product owners in evaluating our collaboration toolset against customers’ needs and ensuring that tools are implemented effectively at the client.
Test & deliver releases for client applications, portals, and O365 collab. Evaluate release items for compliance with enterprise standards and end user experience needs
Identify and track collaboration platform improvements through vendor upgrades, integrations, and third party app identification
Organize and facilitate pilots for new capabilities
Work with Change Management, End User Experience, and Technical leads to validate and uphold enterprise standards for collaboration capabilities across teams
Identify training and help needs for collaboration capabilities and partner with end user experience team to identify and develop resources.
Complete capability administrative tasks and settings and provide metrics on a regular basis
Participate in regular meetings to learn about ongoing projects and trends, identify solutions, and share capability news
Serve as a SME for Collab capabilities and provide continued second level support.
Ensure Baseline Team is prepared to support collaboration programs through training and 2nd level support
